Eligibility & Fees

Who can apply?

✓Open to all UG, PG students and early-career researchers (first 5 years of career) from accredited universities/institutions and registered industries across the globe
✓Team size: 2–4 members — each Team Leader must register on the portal and add Team Members
✓At least 2 members must have an active IEEE or BRAIN membership to receive discounted registration rates
✓Cross-institutional teams are actively encouraged
✓One team per registration; each individual may only be on one team
